Director and Principal Consultant Garry Roach has over 20 years’ experience in operational management in both government and not for profit sectors where he has managed significant change processes.

Garry has been involved in strategic planning and managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels of government and developing partnerships across sectors. His management experience has covered a broad array of sectors including Disability, Justice, Youth & Family Services, Community Housing, Mental Health, Alcohol & Drugs and Public Health.

Garry has been providing training and consultancy within the health and community services sectors since 1993 and has lectured on Leadership and Contemporary Human Service Practice at the tertiary level. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Diploma in Education and is accredited to deliver the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) levels I & II.
